Esophageal ulcer secondary to Non Hodgkin Lymphoma
NHL NHL
The differential diagnosis of esophageal ulcer is Barrettīs esophagus and carcinoma, but also lymphoma. As depicted here, ulcerous lesions frequently facilitate extraintestinal or gastrointestinal spread of a lymphoma, see also Gastric lymphoma. Histology corroborates infiltration by non-hodgkin-lymphoma.
