PEJ dislocated
PEJ dislocated The PEJ was introduced because of severe reflux and aspiration following the introduction of a PEG. The PEJ tube is dislocated to the stomach (Note the inner bumper with two whole at both sides). The recurrent reflux is prevented after relocating the tube to the jejunum.
