Benigne pyloric stenosis - decompensated
Pyloric stenosis Secondary to recurrent ulcers a pyloric stenosis has developed. A small ulcer is depicted in the middle of the photo. The patient presented with recurrent vomiting leading to serious im- balance of electrolytes. Passage of the stenosis is not possible, the patient was treated by gastrojejunostomy.
