Fibrin clot Forrest IIb- hemorrhage
Fibrin clot at 12 o´clock during hemostasis of a hemorrhage, Forrest Ib. A second injection achieves a definite submucosal placement. The ulcer is covered by a large coagulated blood clot (IIb). After carefully lifting the blood clot, fibrin is again injected to form a submucosal clot.
