Internal hemorrhoids Internal hemorrhoides - thrombosed
The inverted endoscope depicts tightly blood filled hemorrhoids at the inner verge of the anal canal. Inner hemorrhoids also tend to develop thrombosis. The hemorrhoidal knot shown here carries a superficial necrosis secondary to the thrombosis.
