Duodenal diverticulum
duodenal diverticulum Large duodenal diverticula. The duodenal lumen is visible at the lower left side of the photo. Since large diverticula can mimic the duodenal (also: colonic) lumen, the endoscopist has to proceed with great care.

Bulbar diverticulum At the dorsal bulbar wall a sickle- shaped excavation is shown, corresponding to a bulbar diverticulum. To the left the normal duodenum is depicted.
